Black Friday Weekend Benefit Bake Sale

Our donation based bake sale fundraiser benefiting the homeless cats and dogs in Caspers' community raised over $500.00 on Saturday, November 24, 2012. This enables us to continue to fund medical care for the animals in need at Altitude Veterinary Clinic.

Braving the wind gusts and chilly weather our volunteers Jim Craft, Denise Wales Wendinger, Shelley Flowers, Melissa Fenster, Annell Grant, Emily Garner, Tiffany Hockaday and Cristen Larsen brought shoppers attention to the baked goods available during the day-long event. A special thank you to the Salvation Army Bell Ringer who did his part not only in donations, but in promoting our efforts for a good cause.

Our special guests: Spirit and Red! Red did his part in promoting how good the homemade peanut butter oatmeal dog biscuits were by trying to entice shoppers!

If you missed it here are some photos of the delicious baked breads including Grandma's Banana Bread, old time cookie favorites like peanut butter, oatmeal-raisin, chocolate chip, Peanut Butter Blossoms, dog & cat treats, moist lemon cakes and even a marble paw print cake!

Thank you to the community of Casper, Wyoming,
for coming out and donating to a cause that is close to our hearts.
